Jaay 9 Terms & Conditions — please read before use

Jaay 9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the Platform. • One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, the balances of all accounts will be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account termination.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. jaay 9 is not liable for any unauthorized third-party access.
• KYC: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. You may be required to submit your NID, passport, or driving license.

All financial transactions on jaay 9 are fully secure and transparent. However, certain rules must be followed.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 3–30 minutes. Delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Your Account: Only payment accounts in your own name may be used. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Currency: All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Anti-Money Laundering: We follow international AML guidelines. jaay 9 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on jaay 9 at all times. Non-compliance may result in bets being voided or forfeited.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is fully cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jaay 9 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits apply per event. Any amount exceeding the limit will be voided.
• Live Betting: jaay 9 is not responsible for bets failing to register correctly due to connection loss during in-play betting.

All bonuses and promotions offered by jaay 9 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: For new accounts only. Each account is eligible once. A 5x wagering requirement applies.
• Wagering Calculation: Wagering requirements are fulfilled through real money bets only. Bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward wagering.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Using two bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless a special promotion states otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaay 9. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of account balance.

• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any match.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (arbitrage or bonus hunting).
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking or any unauthorised means.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Jaay 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Involvement in financial or cyber fraud.
• Directives from law enforcement authorities.

You will be notified at your registered email if your account is suspended. Any valid balance may be returned after investigation.

• Information provided during registration is used for account management and KYC purposes.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, relevant authorities may be notified in accordance with applicable law.

• Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Account losses resulting from third-party activity.
• Temporary service disruptions due to server downtime or technical issues.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting — betting always carries financial risk.

If you have a concern or complaint, please follow the steps below:

• Step 2: Our support team will endeavour to resolve your issue within 48 hours.
• Step 3: If your issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.
• Step 4: Legal action may be taken as a final resort, in which case international law will apply.

Jaay 9 believes betting is entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we're committed to promoting responsible betting.
